in continuity with the workshop (fig.), (fig.22) asked a group of bachelor and masters' students to look into the themes of the readymade, architectural elements and their representation. through this week of workshop, the students were led to explore conceptual and physical limits of reference objects, by manipulating them according to an operative protocol.

the objective was to allow students to develop a creative process that is unique to them and that is nourished by thematical presentations of various references. this approach allowed fruitful productions to be carried out in a limited time. the process was crystallized by the production of artefacts, of physical models and pen plotter drawings.

part 1| random asignment of one unusual model making material, one representation type and one architectural element per student.

part 2| the free exploration of material propreties.

part 3| design an artefact which plays with the limits of each asigned caracteristic. plot a drawing using a pen plotter.

the workshop week was punctuated by veldwerk's marius grootvled and bram vanderbeke's talks. all student works were exhebited at the end of the week.
